Angeboten werden 100 qm einer hellen und geräumigen Wohnung im ersten Stock; mit offenem Wohn- und Küchenbereich, großem Schlafzimmer, zwei weiteren separaten Zimmern und Bad mit Wanne. Draußen wartet ein schöner Gartenbereich zur Mitnutzung auf Dich. Die Wohnung wird befristet vermietet (mindestes 7 Monate), die hiesigen Möbel dürfen von dir genutzt werden, und bei zusätzlichen Bedarfen unterstütze ich dich gern. Unsere ruhige Hofgemeinschaft besteht aus 3 Wohneinheiten und z.Z. zwei weltoffenen Menschen in jeweils eigener Wohnung mit wunderschönem Hofareal.
24631 Langwedel ist Teil vom Naturpark Westensee, 4 Seen sind direkt am Ort, Busanbindung nach Kiel (Bushaltestelle fußläufig 1 Min entfernt, eigenes Auto ist trotzdem empfehlenswert), sehr gute Autobahnanbindung, 23km/25 Auto-Minuten von Kiel-Zentrum entfernt.
Verfügbarkeit ab 15. Oktober 2026, Kaltmiete 750,-Euro, zzgl. monatliche Heiz- und Nebenkostenvorauszahlung von 300,- Euro. (aufgrund der Gaspreisentwicklung keine Gewähr, aber bislang war die Vorauszahlung deutlich geringer und es kam zu Rückerstattungen!)

On offer are 100 square metre of a bright flat on the first floor, featuring an open-plan living and kitchen area, a large bedroom, two further separate rooms and a bathroom with a bath. Outside, there is a lovely garden area for shared use. The flat is available on a fixed-term tenancy (minimum 7 months); you’re welcome to use the furniture provided, and I’ll be happy to help with any additional requirements.
Our peaceful farm community consists of 3 residential units and currently comprises two open-minded people, each living in their own flat, all set within a beautiful, natural and artistically designed environment.
24631 Langwedel is part of the Westensee Nature Park; there are four lakes right on the doorstep, a bus service to Kiel (the bus stop is a one-minute walk away, though having your own car is still recommended), excellent motorway links, and it’s 23 km/25 minutes’ drive from Kiel city centre. Available from 15 October 2026; basic rent €750, plus a monthly advance payment of €300 for heating and service charges. (Due to fluctuations in gas prices, this figure is not guaranteed; however, the advance payment has so far been significantly lower and refunds have been issued!) Third-party liability insurance and the payment of a security deposit are required. You will need to arrange electricity, telephone and internet connections yourself. Smoking is not permitted in the flat!
